If for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your first order of SONDR, we will gladly offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase + with prior authorization.
In order to initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is accepted, you will be given instructions on how to return your item. Once we’ve received your return, we will notify you. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We are only able to process returns on products purchased at sondrfresh.com. All other products must be returned to the online or physical retail partner from which they were purchased, in accordance with their return policies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
